Successful Advocacy in a false Blasphemy Case:

A young Muslim boy was falsely implicated in a Blasphemy Case. The father of accused Burhan approached the Director Legal Aid Ministry, Center for Exodus - CFE, for legal representation. Founder Chairman of CFE, Rev. Dr. Shirjeel Zafar Ghauri, Attorney at Law, took up the case and provided Free Legal Aid to the victim, as the Center for Exodus believes in non discrimination. Case FIR # 178/2022, U/S 11, PECA, 2016 r/w 295-A, 295-B, 295-C, 109 PPC, registered with FIA, Cyber Crime Wing, Lahore. Trial at Court of Sessions, Lahore.

A young Muslim man, namely Raza Ali, was falsely implicated in a Blasphemy Case. Raza is presently detained at Camp Jail, Lahore & facing trial before the Court of Sessions.
